The RealMan Embodied Dual-Arm Lifting Platform features a height-adjustable lifting structure with a 0–2200 mm working range, 21 degrees of freedom, and dual lightweight anthropomorphic arms (610–638.5 mm). It offers human-like flexibility for high-low picking, shelf sorting, assembly, and multi-position precision tasks. Its compact mobile chassis guarantees stable movement in narrow passages, workshops, and dense layouts, supporting quiet, efficient, and highly repeatable operations.
Equipped with self-developed joint modules, multi-sensor perception, and built-in safety functions, the platform navigates dynamic environments autonomously, adapts to various scenes, and performs continuous handling, assembly, sorting, and inspection tasks. Its open ROS2 framework allows smooth system integration, real-time remote monitoring, and stable long-running performance, greatly reducing repetitive and heavy labor for workers.
