The ZXP7‑X1 is a fully integrated vacuum gripper unit combining ejector, supply and release valves, pressure sensor, and suction pads in a single compact module. Designed for collaborative robots, it operates with just one compressed‑air tube and one M8 connector, ensuring rapid setup and minimal wiring. With a maximum work load of up to 7 kg, −84 kPa vacuum pressure and 17 L/min suction flow, the system delivers stable and efficient handling for diverse materials.

The modular pad system allows selection of pad diameter, geometry and material—such as flat, bellows or thin‑flat shapes in silicone, NBR or urethane—accommodating flat, curved, porous or delicate surfaces. The gripper meets ISO 9409‑1‑50‑4‑M6 mounting standards and is compatible with major cobot brands including Universal Robots, Omron/Techman, Fanuc, Yaskawa and others.
