The SCHUNK EGP series is an electric parallel gripper featuring smooth‑running, roller‑guided base jaws for highly precise and repeatable gripping. With adjustable gripping force (2–4 levels depending on size), the EGP adapts easily to sensitive or fragile workpieces. Digital I/O control ensures simple commissioning, while the optional IO‑Link version enables pre‑positioning, grip‑state evaluation, and additional gripping modes such as FastGrip and SoftGrip.

A brushless DC servomotor delivers long service life and consistent force across all permissible finger lengths.
